Fumigation-Free Timber (Heat-Treated)
All wooden panels comply with ISPM-15 standards using heat treatment (HT) — no methyl bromide required. Accepted at all major ports without quarantine delays.
Steel Corner Bracing & Internal Strapping
Galvanized steel angle brackets reinforce all eight corners. Internal polyester strapping secures the engine block to the pallet base, preventing lateral shift during vessel roll and port handling.
Reinforced Pallet Base & Forklift Slots
Double-layer pallet construction supports engine weights up to 400 kg. Standard forklift entry slots on all four sides enable safe warehouse and container loading without crate damage.
VCI Film Wrapping Layer
Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor (VCI) polyethylene film envelops the engine assembly before crating. VCI molecules form a protective layer on all metal surfaces, active for up to 24 months in transit and storage.

Anti-Rust & Moisture Treatment
Multi-layer protection ensures every machined surface arrives in factory-fresh condition — regardless of voyage duration or humidity zone.
Anti-Rust Oil Coating
All bare metal surfaces — cylinder bores, crankshaft journals, camshaft lobes, and machined mating faces — receive a full application of industrial-grade anti-rust oil immediately after final inspection.
Silica Gel Desiccant Packs
Industrial silica gel desiccant bags are placed inside the sealed VCI wrapping. Desiccant quantity is calculated per engine volume to maintain relative humidity below 40% throughout the entire voyage.
Port Sealing & Plug Protection
All oil ports, water passages, intake and exhaust openings are sealed with rubber plugs or foam inserts. This prevents ingress of moisture, dust, and debris during handling at intermediate ports.
