Dyno Testing
Bare EnginesEach engine runs through a cold-start cycle followed by a hot-load cycle on the dynamometer. We measure oil pressure, coolant temperature, RPM stability, and power output — all logged to the unit's test report.
Vacuum Testing
Cylinder HeadsEvery cylinder head is pressure-tested under vacuum to verify valve seat integrity and combustion chamber sealing. Any micro-leak fails the unit — no exceptions. Results are documented per head.
Warranty Activation via SOP Compliance
Our 1–2 Year / 30,000–60,000 KM warranty is activated when your workshop follows the Pre-Installation SOP — including replacement of oil/water pumps and cooling system cleaning. This protects your after-sales margin.
